Policy Notes

Shipping:
Your packaged has been shipped with insurance. A shipping notice which includes tracking information was automatically emailed to you at the time of shipment. For some international transactions, tracking may not be available.

Please make sure your address is correct, because you will be responsible if the package is lost due to a wrong address. Your package has been shipped with insurance and a tracking number has been provided. If you have not received your first class package in 7 days from date of mailing or your Priority Mail package 4 days from the date of mailing, please go to https://www.usps.com/manage/welcome.htm to track your package. If your package is noted as delivered, contact your local post office. Their GPS delivery scan can provide the location where the package was delivered in case it was left at the wrong location. Please note that all lost, stolen, and refused packages are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal service, especially during the holidays, since these are out of my control.

If your package has been damaged and your stitch markers are damaged, please notify me right away. I will need to see pictures of all damaged packaging and the damaged stitch markers before I can process any refund.

Payment:

I accept PayPal. You can use PayPal without a PayPal account, by choosing the option to pay by credit card. If payment isn’t made within 3 days of purchase, your order may be canceled. I am required to collect sales tax for items purchased in Indiana.

Refunds and Exchanges:

If you are not happy with your purchase, or decide that you want a different design or color, I will be happy to assist you. I want all of my customers to be happy with their purchases! All sales are final, however I will be happy to exchange your item for another in my shop of equal value.

Please contact me within 10 days of your item's arrival for returns. Contact me before returning items. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning items for an exchange. Shipping fees for returns or exchanges, will not be refunded. Refunds for any damaged goods will be made, after I receive the returned item, in the exact same condition they were shipped out. Returns should be received within 5 days of contacting me, within the US.

All items must be returned in the same new condition. Garments must be new, never worn, and not damaged, with original tags intact. Yarn must be unused, not damaged, with original labels attached. Items must not smell like smoke or perfume, etc. Returned items must be in the original packaging.

Please note that I do my best to portray my products accurately and honestly. Actual colors may vary from those shown on your device, due to the nature of photography and monitor or device color settings.

Please leave me feedback after you have received your Knitter's Serendipity purchase. PLEASE contact me with any problems or concerns before leaving me neutral or negative feedback. Please remember that your Stitch Markers are handmade, there may be slight variances from one marker to another. Colors can vary from monitor to monitor. I take pride in my work and my products, and will do my very best to make sure you are happy with your purchase!
